Jonathan Barrett, Founder & President
Jon, the founder and owner of ReBuilderz Group, has been dedicated to the restoration and reconstruction industry since 2002. His journey began in his family’s first Servpro franchise, where he worked alongside his parents to transform properties affected by fire and water damage. From those early days in his parents’ garage, Jon developed a passion for bringing damaged properties back to life, honing his skills and growing with the family business. Over the years, he served in every role imaginable—starting in production, excelling in sales, and eventually leading as general manager for 12 years, overseeing up to 30 employees and managing a successful reconstruction division. Under his leadership, the family business grew into a multi-million-dollar operation with two thriving franchises. In 2017, Jon founded ReBuilderz Group, building on decades of expertise and a love for restoring properties.Jon’s professional journey is marked by a multi-million-dollar portfolio of impressive projects, a deep network of skilled contractors and tradespeople, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. He approaches every project with proficiency, professionalism, and a passion for making a difference. Whether transforming a property devastated by fire, water, or other damage, Jon thrives on delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations.When he’s not working, Jon enjoys life with his wife, their beautiful family, and their beloved dog and cat. As licensed foster parents for 10 years, Jon and his wife provided a nurturing home for children during tough times. Outside of work, Jon loves the outdoors, spending time at his mountain cottage, and channeling his creativity as an avid drummer with a deep love of music. Living by the motto “work hard, play hard,” Jon embraces each day with enthusiasm and purpose, bringing the same passion to his personal life as he does to his career.​​​​​​​​​
Denise Barrett, CoFounder & Vice President
Denise Barrett, cofounder of ReBuilderz Group, brings a unique blend of professional experience, compassion, and attention to detail to the team. With a background as a registered nurse and a bachelor’s degree in nursing, Denise has held diverse roles throughout her career. She has managed a chiropractic office, served as an administrator for an independent care facility, and worked as a hospice nurse case manager. This broad experience equips her with the organizational skills and empathy needed to handle the administrative aspects of ReBuilderz Group with precision and care. Her passion for construction and helping people navigate challenging situations makes her an invaluable asset to the company.Outside of work, Denise channels her creativity into various crafts and home improvement projects. She enjoys spending time at the family’s mountain cottage, where she can often be found hiking, kayaking, and embracing the beauty of the outdoors. A devoted wife, mother of five, and grandmother to eight, Denise treasures time spent with her family and finds joy in creating lasting memories together. Her warmth, dedication, and diverse skills enrich the ReBuilderz Group and its mission to restore properties and support clients through tough times.
