Leola Pa- Bed & Breakfast Total Renovation
This classic craftsman underwent total interior & exterior renovations after experiencing a significant fire. The home was gutted down to framing and completely rebuilt paying close attention to the details, careful to maintain & expand on the original bed & breakfast charm. The floor plan was modified to expand and open up the kitchen & add a powder room to the main level; add a master bath & laundry closet to the second floor; and the ceiling of the 3rd floor loft was opened up adding a vaulted ceiling to the 3rd floor suite.
This magnificent ~100 year old home was brought completely up to modern standards including insulation, electric, plumbing, HVAC, windows, doors, siding, and more. From the details of the refinished wrap around front porch, to the impressive custom made French Country inspired kitchen with state of the art appliances & TWO garden windows with farmhouse sinks…this property is a real gem! This project was completed on time, on budget, and the clients could not have been more pleased with their new home!
Millersville Pa- Farmhouse Renovation
547 Stehman Church Rd, Millersville, Pa 17551
This charming farmhouse underwent complete interior & exterior renovations after experiencing a significant fire which resulted in the home being gutted down to framing. The farmhouse was completely rebuilt with some new special features the clients had only dreamed about. This ~100 year old home was brought completely up to modern standards including insulation, electric, plumbing, HVAC, windows, doors, siding, and more. Much thought was put to maintain the feel & original craftsmanship of the classic Lancaster County farmhouse. The solid wood interior doors were restored & re-used, the original claw foot rehabbed and brought back to life, and the chestnut stairs & wood floors were carefully refinished.

Storm Damage
534 Betty Lane, Columbia Pa
This home had a large tree fall on it during a storm which shook the house when it smashed into the roof and side of the home. Several trusses were destroyed and the drywall & blown insulation was ripped from the ceiling and fell to the floor creating quite a mess. The damage was so bad the home had to be vacated.
With the owners living out of state ReBuilderz Group made it easy and handled everything to get the house back together as quickly as possible. The project was completed on time & on budget, and the owners and their tenants were thrilled to have the house back together with a new roof, fresh paint, and brand new carpeting.
